Wheels of Success introduced its newest program, Cars for Caregivers, at its annual R.A.C.E. Awards Luncheon, thanks to a grant from the Tampa General Hospital Foundation. Lenore H., a home health care provider and single mother of two small children, gave an emotional speech about how having safe, reliable transportation changed their lives.

 

Wheels of Success is a unique non-profit organization whose mission is to provide reliable personal transportation to help working families through a program of car repairs, vehicle replacement and assistance with car related licensing services so that they can keep their job, find better employment, increase their work hours or use the vehicle to also get to school.

Hands Across The Bay is teaming up with Wheels of Success for a fundraiser to benefit full-time working families who need reliable transportation to get to their jobs.

We all had a groovy time at our recent Biggest Aquarian Birthday Bash. We awarded 3 vehicles and 2 vehicles titles--and raised more than $12,000 to help even more families get back on the road!
